The stunning views and exceptional service truly impressed me during my stay. Enjoying breakfast delivered to my room overlooking the caldera was a highlight. Yet, navigating the steep stairs can be challenging for some guests. Mind the extra charges that may pop up unexpectedly, as this could catch you off guard.

The views were nice, but honestly, you could barely appreciate them because the room was basically a cave with no windows. not exactly what i expected. and let's not even start on the fact i received zero complimentary treats, a little welcome gesture would’ve been decent. overall, just okay, but could’ve been sooo much better.

I just can’t get over the amazing views of the caldera from our Belvedere Suite with a plunge pool! Every morning, we delighted in a gourmet breakfast served on our private terrace, savoring homemade dishes while soaking in the serene beauty. The staff went above and beyond, bringing my toddler a surprise birthday cake that made her day lovely!
